• Laptop and textbooks are not included in tuition for students enrolled in the Online Professional programs
• *Undergraduate and graduate business students will also incur $35 per course accreditation fee
• **Nursing RN to BSN students and Nursing MSN students will also incur $35 per course accreditation fee

• ***Dietetics internship students will also incur $1,800 per course fee for NUTR 47-680 Dietetics Internship

• Online Professional students will receive a statement via Northwest student email if enrolled in courses before the initial bill date. Students are encouraged to view the Payment Center for the most up-to-date balance. Students who do not receive a statement are not exempt from the payment deadline.
• Students can add a secondary billing email in CatPAWS under the personal information tab.
• Payment plans are not available.
• Online payments may be made by credit card and webcheck.
• Account balances must be paid in full by the payment deadline for each block or students will be dropped from courses the next business day after the payment deadline.

• Students who want to apply for financial aid need to start that process immediately by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If you have questions about your FAFSA contact Financial Aid at finaid@iin3d.com.

Northwest Missouri State University has chosen Convera to give you a simple, reliable way to pay. This allows you to pay in your home currency, either online or by bank transfer, with competitive exchange rates and takes the stress and uncertainty out of paying for your tuition. Please transfer only the amount due on your student account to avoid payment delays.

How to make a payment:

1. Login to the Payment Center
2. Select make a payment
3. Add the amount to pay, select continue
4. Under the Method, select Bank Wire and follow the prompts
